help,my last male guppy died this morning :-( ,thats three in 3 days!none of my other fish have any simptoms, and it hasnt affected any of my females.
i did a test with esha test strips here are the results;n03=0,n02=21-14,kh/tac=6d,ph=7.2.are these ok?

Did your guppies have any white spots on them or anything else that you could see??????? I cant tell what any of those readings are my test strips are different besides I never did trust those thingd to start with. Did you noticed any different behavior out of the guppies. Such as scrapinf off from the gravels laying on the bottom, or staying at the top. Change in the eating or poop a different color, or anything like that???? Try to answer some of these questions and we can go from there.

The fellas have the extra finnage, some times that could slow them down/compared to a streamlined female. Are you sure that no one else in the tank pick on them enough to kill them? Just a thought... Sorry to hear about your troubles.

THats what I was thinking. are the dead fellas fins nipped up?

your nitrite looks high, do a 30% water change, test again tomorrow and change water as requierd.
You want you nitrite below 0.3mg/l. Iam not sure what measurments your working with but what ever it is that looks too high, nitrite inhibits oxegen transport in the blood.

their poop was red,and i have noticed the cherry barbs are getting a bit nasty,no
white spots but the tails were a bit nipped they did also start to hang around the top too, thanks for your replies
