Algea, Will I Have A Problem?

My java moss is arriving shortly and i was wondering would i have an algea problem?

-x2 15w, 18" tube bulbs (12h a day).
-No CO2.
-And the only plant thats going to be in my aquarium is 2 'clumps' of java moss.

Algea shouldnt be a problem right?

How big is the tank?
what ferts do you use?
what are the water stats ? nitrates and phosphates?
