Is brown algae ok?

I would first clean as much off as you can with an algae cleaner/pad. If this a new tank what are your water parameters, what fish do you keep, how often do you feed them and what are you feeding?

my water is fine its just ive been ofshore for two weeks and i didnt think the algae would com ethis fast. its prob just normal

Brown algae is usually from immature tanks with too much light or nitrates.

Not a big deal and you can just clean it off and do more frequesnt wc's and you should be fine.
