i have a large brown and hair algae in my tank. i dont wish to put in algae killing chemicals would the introduction of otos, help? also i am installing an airpump and co2 would that make the algae problem better or worse?

Otos eat soft brown algae, but not hair.

CO2 will help. Do not use an air pump, this drives off CO2.
