Algae Problem?

Here is a picture of my algae problem. Does anyone know if this could become a problem and if so how to get rid of it, Thanks Pete

It wont do your fish any harm, it will eat some of the nitrates in your tank and some fish like picking the food off it, it looks like black brush algae, as you dont seem to have any real plants then you can just take out the wood and scrub it off. For more info there is a sticky in the planted forum on this site. In unplanted tanks I quite like that algae.
