Hey...
I have a Convict cichlid, and the albino oscar in the tank, as well as a pleco. I recently treated my tank with ICK medication, and all my fish are doing well and eating except my Albino Oscar. I raised the temperature up the other day, but didnt have any effect on him. He was eating before and during the ICK treatment, but not anymore. I feed them Mealworms and red sinking Oscar pellets. nothing else has changed in the tank.
So, why is he not eating anymore?
I just noticed for the first time that the convict and the albino are fighting for a few seconds, just now. I have seen my convict go after the pleco, but not the albino, could this be the cause of my oscar not eating? if so, will he eventually eat if hes hungry enough?
Thanks guys, im kinda new at having Oscars and Cichlids, so all the help the better. They really are beautiful fish!
