How DO I connect up ornaments that blow bubbles or bubble discs to oxeygenate the water.

Do I have to buy a whole new air pump?

If you've got an airpump, you should be able to just connect the tubing. Depending on the pump and depth of the tank though, it may not work properly. Just FYI, as a generaly rule, they aren't necessary as most filters, whether external, internalor HOB will provide enough surface disturbance for oxygen exchange.
