Air tubes/stones with plants

I currently have a 29 gallon aquarium that i want to convert to planted, but i was wondering whether i should take out the air tubes and pump from this aquarium? I heard it makes the co2 dissolve too quickly, that true?

You heard correct. CO2 is unstable in water and can be driven off easily i.e. using an airstone or excessive surface agitation.

ok so i should remove air from the tank completely or is there an alternative?
