I bought an air pump today. There is only 1 connection coming from the pump. Is it possible to connect more than 1 bubble feature?

Yup need a 'T' connector

If the pump is big enough to power more than one, yes. You need a T conector for the airline, and I'd suggest a clamp as well, so you can adjust the amonut of air going to each one.
