Aid For a fish by a fish

Hey i've notcied for a wile one of my asain rummynose tetras has become a bit paler than usual, less shiny and seems to have more of an arched back in appearance then usual.
It seems fine and swims eats, but it does breathe a lil heavy.

Only a few moments ago i was watching it hover above the gravel when all of the other 5 rummynoses came over to it and was like making a lil ring round it... and one kept itself underneath the ill looking one and was copying its every move, as if to say 'im here for ya'. It's like their nursing my poorly fish and making sure it gets food its really sweet.. they even defend it against any other roaming fish.

paling in color means they r understress or even can be a disease(Uncurable neon tetra disease ). In ur case I'm not sure since there is no picture. But since u said he's eating I think he just under a little stress that all.
