my filter is broken i think i was changing the water liek i ussally do un plug it then do all the moving then there was lots of junk in the tube so i take out the first one and clean it out then try to take out the 2nd one and its stuck so i try for 5 more mins and i can get it out cause its wet and jammed it then i plugged it in again and it didnt start my dad said i short circted it can anyone help

More than likely a jam. If you got lots of crap down in the inpeller it can stick. Or if stuff gets between the motor mag and the inpeller mag it won't turn. Also make sure it is pluged in right for some reason some filters (at least in the usa) don't have polorised plugs. So you can plug them in both ways. So pull the plug and flip it and see if it will plug back in. Alot of time I have to unplug and replug my filter many times to get it started.
