Agressive Platy

I have a female platy who droped 35 fry a few weeks ago and she is doing well now.
the problem i see is that the other female platy is chasing her around poking her and such and now she is staying hidden all day long forever!

how can i stop them from harrassing the female platy like that any ideas???

I had a male that did the same. He chased every fish that he came into contact with. All day, all night he never stopped.

After a week or so i gave up and i had to remove him from the tank. Since then i have had 3 females produce about 100 fry!

well i just got another female and she is poking her already, what in gods name shall i do, maybe i should move them to my 10gal or just that 1 nasty female so she can remain alone!

Are you sure that the aggro fish is a female?

yup i'am sure, i will be seperating them as soon as my 10gal is ready.
