I've got a tank with 2 female Mollies, 2 female Guppies and about 10 Baby Mollies. The baby mollies are the Marbled Mollies babies.
The Marbled Molly is due to drop another batch any day now and she's suddenly become very cichlid like... She won't let the Gold Dust Molly(Hitler, don't ask...) near her or her 10 babies... Whenever 'Hitler' goes near one of the babies, even if she's just swimming past, Molly(Marbled) goes beserk and chases her for about 5 minutes, not letting her rest at all. There are plenty of places for 'Hitler' to hide but Molly always finds her and chases her again. Molly won't let Hitler near herself either. These two have been fine since I got them suddenly this haw happened. Hitler used to be boss but now she's been ranked down. The guppies are fine with Hitler and Molly let's the guppies near her and her babies. I don't understand at all! I don't want Hitler dying from stress so I hope it calms down but if not I'll have to ger rid of Molly, which I don't want to do.
