i have just conme off my holiday from two weeks and when i got back i have found that my mollies are really agressive towards one another and the other fish what could this be?Please help thanks!

You have 10mollys and 2swordtails, it would be best you lower your molly numbers a bit and raise the swordtail numbers(remember don't get more than one male if you already have females with it, male swordtails don't tolerate each other when there's females around) to help even out the pecking and social orders a bit, the sordtails most likely feel threatened when in so small numbers and with so many mollys around.

That is interesting. I have one sword tail in my tank with three mollies and they all get along fine. Is it because my swordtail is male and the mollies are female? I know they cannot mate (well, they can, but nothing will amount from it), but is the sex ratio have anything to do with it? I have seen my mollies be a little agressive, but they were only agressive towards each other and left Lir (the swordtail) alone.
