I added a male blue ram to my tank. the female was chasing him around nonstop. I put her in a trap, but is there anything else i can do? Thanks for any info.

I am far from an expert, but read that changing around your plants/rocks/wood can help as it messes with what she considers her territory. Are there places for him to hide?

Even though rams are relatively peaceful, you did just add another fish to what is her territory. As suggested, you should re organize the decorations, but remove her from the aquarium while you do so, it should help with the feuding. Make sure there is plenty of hiding places and areas to stake out territory.

There is a cave for him to hide in, but she chases him out. i wantr to breed rams. any advice? I have her in a trap for a few days and i am feeding them both shrimp pellets.

Buy more male and female rams and wait for 2 to pair, then bring the remainders back. You can't just throw a male and female into a tank and have them like each other with most cichlids. 1 cave also simply isn't enough cover for two feuding cichlids. There needs to be more territory to stake out. She's chasing him out of that cave because it's her cave.
