I have recentlty been treating my 20 gallon aquarium for skin and gill flukes and everything seemed to have been clearing up when yesterday for seemingly no reason at all my Serpae tetras started attacking each other so furiously that one of them actually died  .This upset my Red Eye tetras so they started to attack each other too. That ended /w another one of my fish dying. What do i do?

How many of each do you have? And what other tankmates if any?
How long have you been treating exactly?

I originally had 5 Red Eyes, 5 Serpaes and a bristlenose pleco.but now i'm down to 4 red eyes,4 serpaes and the pleco.
i'd been treating them for about 3 weeks before this happened.

Flukes can take some getting rid of how long have you been treating.
Have the fish settled down yet.

Thankfully they have quick fighting each other but they still act freaked out.And my pleco has started to breathe quicky again like he did when he had gil flukes. i'm guessing the flukes just came back and i'm going to have to treat them again :(

Sounds like it i'm afraid.
Once they labour breath not good damaged the gills, so good luck.
