Acestrorhynchus falcatus (Freshwater Barracuda) is an excellent predatory fish to keep.. ok on their own, but much more fun in a group of 3-5.. Incredible fish catchers, but not agressive towards anything bigger than mouth size as they eat their prey whole, so you can keep lots of other fish with them without the fear of them being eaten.. they grow very slowly too. yeah, but at 20cm (7") as a minimum full length for one, 5 is going to need a fair size tank.

Though there is little doubt the FW cudas are cool...

once again, the min tank length is a 30g since u need them in atleast a dozen.

whate state do you guys live in? pirannas are illegal in most states.
i would kill for some, but they are illegal in most southern 'sunshine' states.

I can get piranhas down at my local fish store, they grow quite large.
