Aggresive Clown Knife

looks like my clown knife isnt going to accept my new catfish(b.juruense)i have never seen the clown be aggresive to another fish before it is causing quite bad fin damage.could it be that the cat was introduced after the clown?he is ok with all the fish that were there before him looks like i might have to make a decision about who stays and who goes.or am i overreacting?

IME clown knifes are the most aggresive of the knife fish. I do think that it will be a case of 1 goes and one stays. I don't think that it is because of the introduction timing and it is likely that it is just a coincidence (or however you spell it).

I'm afraid that is clown knives for you, when you first got the knife we said they can be aggressive so can only be kept with reasonably aggressive fish.
