After The Spawning Problems

Hi well as some of u know my bettas spawned last night and ive just seen my male and he has white spot what do i do??

Even though the spots are bigger then white spot ive seen

Turn up the temp to 82 And add aquarium salt for atleast 7 days, and if you want to you can also get meds, but it is not needed good lck I hope everything gets better with him

I'd try all i can bc mine developed HUGE white spots on him and the next day he died...best of luck

Hi the spots arnt increasing in number or size

Also will that stuff harm the eggs hes gaurding?

I don't know if the salt will harm the eggs, but I know heat won't

Ok ill turn the heat up alittle and see if that helps

Although ive had two cases recently as i have stressed out the fish both times not due to water
And the fish have healed without treatment so fingures crossed

After breeding, it is really stressful for the fish, so its not a surprise if theres anything wrong, if they're stressed out, their immune sstesm are weakened. so they can cathch diseases more easily. just try like the others said, salt and raise the temperature.

if you put too much, it will, but just a tiny pinch wont hurt it, it does the betta well.
