After birth... are guppies still pregnant? Can other males replace whats already fertilized?

Would this mean the old males sperm would be replaced? Or is that not the case?

she will be fertilized by a bunch of different males in your tank, I think they can pick
And choose what sperm to use don't quote me on it, you should really isolate her for a few days after she bears young so she isnt stressed
