Africans And Angels?

after i get my new tank for my jacks my girlfreind wants angel fish. will the be able to live with my african cichilds? theres only 4 in there. just wondering. she wants them cause there pretty! but i dont think they will be happy.

Not a good idea at all - very different fish with different requirements, behaviors, and aggression levels.

didnt think so, i just though it might be possible cause they are both cichilids

When it comes to cichlids it's best to assume they are not compatible unless you find out different. Cichlids do not generally like other cichlids - they see them as threat and competition.
