So I have a 10 gallon tank that I am thinking of setting up (Hopefully my parents will let me, that is).

Could I put a few of them in that tank? Like 3 or 4? Can I keep fish with them - maybe some guppies?

Are there any other things I should know about them before I start cycleing the tank? Special care or whatnot?

Thanks for your help

You could keep ADFs in that tank with a few fish as long as you are not planning to add any salt to the water. They are fairly easy to keep and lots of fun as well. One important point is that you will need to take extra care to make sure they are getting plenty to eat. Many people use a turkey baster to get the food where the frog can see it.It needs to go right under their tiny noses...lol.Mine is most fond of bloodworms and quickly learned that they come from the baster. Now when he see me he gets very excited and comes right to what I now call the frog baster

With a little effort I'm sure you'll really enjoy the frogs.Do be careful though to get ADFs and not the African Clawed Frogs which are sometimes sold under the same name.AFCs will eat any fish they can get ahold of.
