Hi,

I already have 2 African Dwarf frogs and like them a lot!

My question is, do they count towards the waste product as much as fish do. I mean, I know they create waste but I was told that they don't count as much as fish.

My tank is a 72L and I just want to know, could I have more than 2, or is that a nice amount (bearing in mind I have some fish in the tank so I wouldn't want to overcrowd).

You're right, African Dwarf frogs aren't very messy. What other fish do you have your tank just now?

Angel, few neons, couple of sharks (bala & red finned), corys and sucking loach. They all get along fine. Oh, and a couple of shrimps.

The bala shark may cause issues as it grows to about 10", I'd recommend about 6 frogs max in that tank. Each one should have around 3 gallons of water, and since your tank is 72L which is almost 20gallons, 6 would be perfect.
