do african dwarf frogs need heaters and what temporature is their range?

you should keep the water in the mid to upper 70's.
So room temp will do, but if you live in a climate that gets cold, ummm...like winter, you'll need a heater.

Yes you do need a heater and atleast a 10 gallon tank for them
