Hello everyone ive just home for the weekend my mother has been looking after my fish for a couple of weeks now and ive returned to one of my kribensis cichlids has a weird white lump close to the right eye what could this be please help bit concerned hope this doesnt affect my other fish

A picture would help-is it a lump or a tiny white spot? Tiny white spots are normally whitespot.

Its a white lump cant get a picture at this moment in time sorry
