i just bought some african cichlid food by HBH CALLED ATTACK SINKING PELLET IS IT ANY GOOD?

For mbuna if that's what your feeding it too, from what i know if it has spirulina and less than 10% fat your good, and if not your still fine just feed a variety with some spirulina

yea i recently bought that same kind of food, i feed it to a bunch of africans, including 2 mbuna. I really doubt that theres something wrong with it.

African attack is meant for the omnivores and carnivores. You take a risk feeding it to many types of mbuna.
