my white top afra has decided to whole aquarium is his and was spending the whole time chasing every fish and so has been removed to another aquarium .

if i put him back in in a few weeks will he start all over or am i best getting rid of him.

it may work it may not . you could try it but quite often a nasty fish stays that way

i thought that, tank completely chilled now he's not there.

Yup, that happens with Mbuna - there will always be 1 tank boss.

Taking him out and then returning him could work. Sometimes a fish is just overly aggressive though. Part of its nature.

Also, bear in mind that when you take the afra out, another of the males will take over as the dominant male.

i know there is always one but he was just getting a bit much i had 18 fish i 1 square foot of a 320 ltr tank then him every where else ,now the have started making there own little terorories and seeem better.
