ok so i try to feed my AFD blood worms every other day. The issue is that when I do my Molly tends to scarf alot of them up. They do get 1-3 worms each which is enough but my Molly tends to eat alot. The real issue is she gets constipated afterwords... Is there anything I can feed that that wont cause this problem for my Molly and would allow them to get there share?

i lost a couple off adf, i think it was because i feed them blood worms all the time(i found it the easyest thing to feed them).

one thing i did do was to put the food into a cd case that had the end cut out, so only the frogs could get to the food.

I'm not sure if it's the same for ADF, but I know that ACFs should not subsist primarily on bloodworms, because they don't have enough nutritional value for them.

I've had my ADFs for going on six months now, and I've always fed them tubifex worms and only occasionally give them bloodworms. Since all I have in with them is an oto, and he's too busy hoovering the substrate (and occasionally trying to suck on the frogs' legs XD) to bother the food. You could also try to feed ReptoMin sticks, but they float, and I know that not all ADFs will go to the surface for their food. That's what's good about the tubifex worm cubes. You can drop it in and it'll float, (and it's hilarious to watch them latch onto it and shake it around like dogs shake toys) or you can stick it to the glass or plastic of the tank under the water level.

The mollies will probably eat the tubifex as well, but perhaps they won't cause as many constipation issues. And, if the issues continue, just feed a cooked, shelled pea with each feeding, and it'll help to clear them out. :)

Hope that helps! And good luck.
