how does this affect the co2 on the tank?
how aerated a planted tank should be?
or should it be?

many thanks!

You shouldnt need to airate the tank unless you have pumped to much CO2 into the tank. Adding Air will only drive off the Co2 that you are injecting. I believe there are some people on TFF that do have an airstone come on durring the night but again, this is simply to get rid of any excess CO2 in the tank.

if there will be aeration, it is better to put it on at night because of the photosynthesis process, is this correct?

Just make sure you have slight surface agiation for oxygen exchange to take place and the aeration of the tank won't be a problem. If the fish are gasping at the surface, you have added to much CO2.
