Aequidens

anyone got any advice on fish from the Aequidens family?
i like the look of them but i want one that will be alright with some of the larger tetras (rosy's, serpaes, etc)

A blue or brown acara might fit in, though theres no guarantee it would work as each cichlid is different, but these are more mellow than a GT for example.

i would maybe try something like a keyhole cichlid. they are peacefull

a young blue acara would maybe work bearing in mind these grow reasonbly large for a community fish also you would need fish that grow too big to fit in its mouth if you take that into account and buy a small blue acara then you should be fine also a kyhole would work aswell as they are very peacful for a cihlid
