Ae Liquid Ferts Dosing Help

Hi,

I have a medium to low planted tank and have recently bought from AE their liquid ferts, both the macro and trace ferts (aqua nourish and aqua nourish+) , have also bought a nutrafin basic co2 kit.

How much of the 2 liquid ferts should I add per day? I have a Juwel Rekord 600, probs around 50litres of water.

I can't seem to find an obvious answer in the existing posts, sorry, they all seem to state concentrations of nutrients, rather than specific volumes of the liq ferts, though 5ml per 100litres seems to be suggested in some threads, is that for both macro and trace ferts?

Sorry, forgot to explain that the 10mls per 20 gallons is for the nourish+ the nourish is 5mls per 20 gallons.
