would this be ok with shrimps or would it kill them?

in a 10l tank i dose 1.4ml carbon and .7ml tpn everyday

tbh, you are dosing too much carbon, you should only be doing about 0.5, tpn+ is fine though.. as long as you dose carbon no higher than 0.5 it will be fine. however overdoses do effect shrimp
 
ok well it was because the hc was becoming a bit leggy

i will reduce the amounts then, thanks
 
cheers its deffiently growing but some bunches are growing up rather then accross
 
You should never overdose liquid carbon with shrimps.
For a 10ltr tank, the suggested dose works out to be something like 0.2ml per day of EasyCarbo with a tank with medium amount of plants.

I moved to pressurised co2 due to HC not getting enough carbon at that dosage.
