tbh, you are dosing too much carbon, you should only be doing about 0.5, tpn+ is fine though.. as long as you dose carbon no higher than 0.5 it will be fine. however overdoses do effect shrimp

hc may be "leggy" due to low light.. what light do you have?

there should be no problem though, although hc is one of thouse plants that may grow great for one person, but sh#t for the next.

cheers its deffiently growing but some bunches are growing up rather then accross

You should never overdose liquid carbon with shrimps.
For a 10ltr tank, the suggested dose works out to be something like 0.2ml per day of EasyCarbo with a tank with medium amount of plants.

I moved to pressurised co2 due to HC not getting enough carbon at that dosage.
