Advise Wanted On Lump Found On Gourami

about 3 days ago i noticed that my dwarf gourami had a small red lump under its mouth first of all i thought maybe it was nothing but yesterday i noticed that it has gotten bigger and now im worried what it might be ive looked through the internet for fish diseases but cant find anything what it might be.
would anyone know what this might be and what would cause it and what i should use to cure it?

i havent added any new fish for about a month and the ones i did add are all healthy and doing very well this one is the only sick one.

There very prone to bacterial infections, and with the lump being red i would use a bacterial med, good luck.
