Hi i already have 3 platys, 1 cory catfish and a panda garra.

it looks empty though so what other fish can i have? i was thinkin of adding 1 more panda garra 3 more cory catfish and 3 more platys and no more. is this ok or two many

There a thread at the top devoted to suitable fish for a 10g. I wouldnt recommend adding much more as your already coming towards your limits, if anything just a few more cory's as they need to be in groups.

Platys will get to around three inches; I wouldn't have them in a 10G. Anything as small as a 10G really needs small fish in a group of 5/6. Even then, a 10G would still be too small for the more lively small fish.

So what fish would you recommend for my tank with the fish i already have

The problem is that the fish you have in there already are going to get big for a 10G. Platys are fairly messy too; the bigger the fish, the more they erm, poop. I'd remove the Platys and have a group of 5/6 of ONE of the following:

Harlequin Rasbora
Glowlight Tetras
Galaxy Rasbora (if you can get tank bred ones)
Pencilfish (if you can get any of the smaller ones)

The problem is that even many smaller fish are active and need the swimming space. If the tank is cycled and matured, I suppose you could go with 6-8 Neons, but even those are fairly lively. Do you have room for a bigger tank (doesn't have to be huge). Even a foot longer would give you so much more choice.
