Right after some advice from you plant guru's
Heres my specs:
20gal tank, sand substrate, 20w t5 bulb on for 6/7 hours a day on a timer then 2hours blue LEDs(don't think they effect plants), no ferts or C02

Looking for some new plants suitable for my tank, could you provide a like with pics as im hopless with latin names.

previously we had amazon swars which died within a few week, and veils which sent plenty of runners but always look on deaths door so removed. we had some plant which i have no idea of the name which grew like mad and i re-planted lots offtrimmings which also grew then i stupidly decided on a clear out as it looked to much and now the good bits i left have died off :( so just left with the moss balls and some moss i got from amember on here.

Is there any plants easily avalible as not wanting to spend lots which will grow in my current set up?

Cheers for any help

most anubias species would be fine. Cryptocoryne species may also do ok. (google for images).

cheers :good:

aponogetons, anubias, java fern, mosses, bolbitis, Nymphaea, cryptocorynes.

Going to order the 25 live plants for a fiver off ebay which i read in a previous members thread. so hopefully some of they one recommended will be in them. so will prob have pictures by the end of the week to ask what will likely survive and what will die off

forgot to add: whats the best way of planting them as with if being sand they tend to just float away very easy just so i can have what ever i may need for when they arrive
cheers
