Hi,
Ok, so i have tropical fish, 15 small ones + a plecostomus in a 60L tank. Noticed the other day that one of my tiger barbs was swimming a bit strange. On closer inspection, it had a bent spine, which appears to have worsened over the last 2 days. It doesnt have any other obvious symptoms and I have never seen anything like it before. I cant find much relevant information on the internet. Does any one have any ideas as to what is wrong with it?
Thanks
ami

what kind of tropical fish do you have in the tank? you'd probably be better off rehousing that pleco soon and you may even be overstocking with the current 15 tropicals. i dont think anybody on here can say for sure even with pictures. you may just have to end its suffering. the barb may have injured itself swimming around or maybe it got stuck somewhere. is it dead yet?

Turned out to be ammonia poisoning, fish is fine - still bent, but fine :)
