Advice On A Pleco?

so here's the thing. about 2 years ago a friend of mine decided to tear down her tank, and i ended up adopting her cute little pleco! well, not the little booger's about 6-7 inches long! i had to scale down from a 29 gallon tank to a 20,and im a bit concerned about him being so big in such a little tank. i used to donate my guppy fry to my favorite lfs, and i know they'd gladly "take him in", but i recently moved to a new city, so thats not really an option anymore. =( any advice?

Since you are in a city, can't you check with the numerous LFS to see if they will take him in and rehome him? Got to be one out there. Give them a call.

that was my first thought! i'm actually about 30 min outside the city,and my bf usually takes the car to work his 12 hour shifts, so easier said than done! i miss my old lfs, they were a family run business, and knowledgeable too! its hard to find someone you can depend on, lol.
