Hey guys,
I'm going to be setting up a tank with the following parameters.
60x30x35cm
4x T5 tubes
pressurised CO2
The tank will consist of a large central cluster of sumatra driftwood, ferns, moss, dwarf sag and vallis. Do you think I should follow an ADA type method of just dosing ferts or should I use EI?
Also regarding the lights do you think 4 tubes might be overkill for what is essentially low light? I like the idea of 4 tubes as it gives me the option for brightness and for future 60cm tanks.
I plan to use a bare sand foreground, and I have a spare bag of ADA soil so I might use that. I would have to purchase some power sand for the bottom which I might look into. I guess I could always use eco complete.
