Adding Water Tratment And Bacteria

i'm not exactly sure how much treatment to add and when to add it,if i do a 25% water change which equates to about 50 litres,do i treat the 50 litres only with water treatment and good bacteria?or put enough in to treat the 200 litres?and my 2nd question is should i add the water safe treatment in the 1st bucket or the last as i cant make 10mml spread over the amount of buckets i am adding.

Treat for the volume of the entire tank. Add to tank first then add water.

Or buy a syringe and add the appropriate dose to each bucket. If you get one from a pharmcist (chemist shop if your in the UK) make sure to ask for an oral dosing syringe or they'll think you want it for something illegal
