Adding Shrimp...!

I have a 180L tank with 7 Zeb Danios & 7 Otocinclus inside.
Was wondering if it was possible to add any shrimp for extra algae control.
Good or bad idea...?

Cherry shrimp would be an excellent addition. 10-12 of them should be about right.
