Hi All,

In my fully planted tank i have 2 1/4 full size black marble angels that i've had since they were tiny. They're doing fine together, no agression, i think they might even be a pair.
I've just seen some beautiful all black angels in the LFS and i'd llove to add 2 or 3. I've got room but would it be a good idea or will it cause agression with my existing pair. I have no wish to breed angels so that aspect is not an issue.
Any help would be great...

I recently added 4 small (2" height) angels to my tank which contained on fully grown angel (7" height). I was expecting full on aggro but apart from a little pecking there was no problem. in fact the worst aggression was within the 4 new angels. At first the big angel would not go anywhere near teh 4 new angels but now they live quite happily along side each other.
My tank is 400 litres so there's plenty of room so that may have been a factor.
Keep an eye on them. Adding three is better than adding two due to the dilution of aggression so long as your tank can take it.

Hope that helps.
