I am wondering if I can add some glowlight tetra to one of my tanks....

Size: 22 gallons
Inhabitants: 6 adult female guppies, 2 adult female platies, 13 neons tetra, various cherry shrimp and assassin snails.

Would you consider that pretty much full? I don't like to push the limits on what my tank can handle.

It already sounds like you're full now. You'd want to add a good number of glowlights for them to be happy, and I think that would be pushing it, IMO. But if you're well established and keep a pristine tank I guess it's up to you.

That is what I feared. I do try and keep it pristine with two water changes a week... but I don't want to introduce trouble. 4 of my 6 guppies are getting on in age... guess I shall have to wait for when they are gone and add them then!
