Activated Carbon!

Hi,is any activated carbon ok for use,ive seen a 600g bag on amazon for £4 it said its for pond and aqauriums,would that be ok and safe? Beats payin £7 for two small bits,

Don't quote me, but I think Dave Spencer is considering using it as a substrate, or at least a bottom layer of a substrate?

Lol but u have to replace it after 2 months,it realeases anything it has collected,how do i shut down old posts that are resolved

A couple of options..

A) Just let it drop out of the page.

B) Ask a mod to move it or delete it.

C) Ask a mod to close the topic.
