Actinic Lights/moon Lights...........

if i keep my normal full spectrum plant lights on for 12 hours a day will 12 hours of moon lights or actinic lights effect my plants at all?

Don't think it would affect it because moonlight isn't too bright. I'd say that the moonlight isn't even the right color temperature for the plants. A lot of planted tanks have moonlight on them, and the plants are doing great...so don't worry about it.
