Meh, not too many happy mom's since there's only eight (4 boys,4 girls). Probably just you But, forewarning, I have,have,have to hang on to that mustard gas for a while, I HAVE to breed him. I just can't pass up the chance (not even sure if he's your pick though, I'm just sayin'.... ) Not that you can't have him if you wanted, but I gotta get some kiddos out of him first. This yellow one makes me curious,too. Oh so many bettas, so little time. What's a girl to do?

If you want one of the greens I'd send them out in just a couple of weeks or so though.

I might just have to wait around for one of the two you mentioned.... hehe! This may be a stupid question, but I know nothing about genetics, what will the tail types be for all of these? I know the dad was a plakat obviously, but what about mom, and which one is dominant anyways?

I'm glad you're moving on to a plakats-only policy! I adore looking at the boys and girls you post; such nice quality fish! I don't know if you'll have any spawns - particularly rejects, I find them endearing - come June (I know, I know, its like 10 months away), but I have two ten gallon tanks just begging for new residents. I've never heard any complaints from anyone about your fish, so if I've conquered my fear of requesting fish be shipped to me by then, I think I might be bugging you, in addition to a few other folk

I like that little gold/yellow,too. He has such bug eyes though,it's hilarious. They're almost too big for his body or something.

I think so, too. Especially for being around two months old. Plakats don't even hit their peak in gorgeousness until they're way older. I just think he's the most beautiful little guy ever I like the simplicity, he's not flashy and all glam.
