Acavenger with my African Cichlids. Which One?

I want to pick up a scavenger for each of my two tanks. One has Convicts and the other has Zebras. Can you tell me which I should choose but I am looking for one in each tank so I do not want to get one that needs 4 more with it.

you may want to try this in catfish cradle section, but I' am planning to get a bigger tank to move my africans into and fotr that tank i am thinking about getting a synodontis eupterus

or a nigrita

these are the only comonly avaailible synos that can live alone of the syno catfish and get about 7inches so should work well with your zrbras

syno angelicus can handle their own in the tanks.

Most Synodontis can handle cichlids, but most of them also do much better in groups, as do most catfish in general.

If it helps I have a a couple of synodontis eupterus in with breeding kribs, and they don't seem to mind the hassle at all!!

I have also kept them alone and they seem fine with that too....
