I've been away for 5 days and left my partner in charge of feeding (300 litre tank)... got home and I think there's a white spot outbreak (got a new fish 1 week before I went away so guessing that's where its from). It only seems to be getting worse, I will attach a picture, seems very bad. Sorry for no introduction, just don't want to lose my whole tank

hi and welcome.
I'm not sure that is whitespot, or just whitespot, there may be something else.
Don't add any meds (whitespot can be treated with heat anyway) until someone else has a look.
While you're waiting do a large water change, wipe down the surfaces, clean the substrate and clean the filter, impellor and media in old tank water. This will reduce disease pathogens and ensure fresh clean water whilst your fish are struggling.
@Wills please can this be moved to the emergency section? Thank you.

I've done a 50% water change today, took carbon out and added API white spot cure. I've raised the temperature, obviously taking a while. That's the worst fish... I will attach another of my parrot but he's hard to get a picture of, it looks more like whit spot

If you're using medication as well as heat it is more stressful on the fish and both deplete the oxygen in the water.
Have you got plenty of aeration?

But I've just found this fella struggling under some driftwood 😞
Whats wrong with his eyes... I've got nothing big enough to keep him in.
Thanks for your help.

Oh dear, I'm not sure. Definitely more going on than the whitespot. Could your partner have over fed the fish?
How long has the tank been established? What is the maintenance regime? What is the tank size and stocking? What are the test results?

Fed once in 5 days. Well fed beforehand. Tanks been established since January 2021 (had 2 tanks and got a bigger one so just merged the 2) cleaned every 2 weeks ish like I've done with every tank I've had, 10% water change and filter clean. It's 300 litres and has 5 bristlenose, 1 datnoid, 1 severum, 1 parrot, 1 green terror, a dragon fish (looks like an eel but not, don't no its proper name) and him in the picture which I don't no the name of. So maybe slightly over stocked but there is nothing over 4 inches yet. No change in test results

The severum looks like it is covered in excess mucous, not white spot.

The red parrot cichlid looks like white spot but it's unusual to be only on the pelvic fins?

The cloudy eye can be from poor water quality or the fish damaged/ injured the eye and it is swollen up while it heals.

Before you treat an aquarium, you should do a huge water change, gravel clean the substrate, wipe the inside of the glass, and clean the filter. Remove any carbon from the filter so it doesn't remove the medication.

Work out how much water is in the tank so you don't overdose the fish.

To work out the volume of water in the tank:
measure length x width x height in cm.
divide by 1000.
= volume in litres.

When you measure the height, measure from the top of the substrate to the top of the water level.

If you have big rocks or driftwood in the tank, remove these before measuring the height of the water level so you get a more accurate water volume.

You can use a permanent marker to draw a line on the tank at the water level and put down how many litres are in the tank at that level.

There is a calculator/ converter in the "FishForum.net Calculator" under "Useful Links" at the bottom of this page that will let you convert litres to gallons if you need it.
