A Rearly Horrible Story.

the other day my local pet store went up in flames.i was horrified when i heard about it.all the animals are dead except archie the pet shops cockatiel.my friend told me who works there about it as it was happening.i just thought id share it with you all.

Oh, that's terrible! I'm so sorry to hear that. And an arsonist did it too...it's not like it was accidental.

Real sad story - i've never really thought of what would happen to the pets if a pet shop caught fire - guess this would happen. Poor little guys and girls - rip.

That's really sad and it just makes my blood boil. Why would someone want to kill innocent lives? Argh, I hate people who could be so cruel. It's worse than just normal arson as well, because it was obvious that there was living creatures in that building that couldn't get away, and yet they still targeted that particular shop, when therew's so many others where nobody would be killed in. It makes you wonder what kind of low-life could do that..

Especailly sence the animals were all locked up, they had nothing to do to save themselfes, but to sit in their cages and...burn to death.
Its soo terrible.
What wretched person would do that? They have major problems, and should not only pay back all the money, and spend many years in prison, but also see a therapist.
I can't even imagen doing that? How could you stand it?
The animals yelps and crys for help....it would be almost un-bearable

actually, if you read the link, you'd find that all the animals succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning--a relatively painless death, compared to burning.

still even if it was painless they must of been very scared seeing flames and smoke all around them.

All animals have an innate fear of fire, so I would imagine they were quite stressed prior to death. Very sad and so unnecessary.

It must have been a fairly big shop for the amount of stock mentioned?

ye, its a fairly big every day pet shop, nothing huge but its a great shop and seems to do well a real shame whats happend to it.
