A Question About One Of My Neon Tetra's?

Sorry about making another thread, but I've heard and read things about that white spot disease thing that fishes can get? Well, I was wondering whether one of my tetra's has it, because it's like a white spot, exactly the same spot both sides of the tail. I got a picture:

Should I be isolating him?

White spot is where lots of small spots cover the fish. Chances are that's just the way that one is.

It will isolate itself from the group as most cardinals and neons do when they are sick / dying.
