im really sorry about this...lol i need to kno whow to edit posts..anyway another question why cant i update my profile? it just says you are not allowed to access this page ?

Before you can use most of the features of TFF, you have to go to the email you received when you registered. Click the link in it and you will be ready to go.

Great to have you on board . Though you do have to check your email and click on the validating link to become and active membert (else you won't be ablet to post or reply to other sections on the board).

As already mentioned, you really should remove that link from your sig it's against TFF Rules.
If you don't, you will soon find that a moderator will do it for you.
